I think he'll feel a variety of emotions. Anger at Ned for making him believe he was a bastard and making Catelyn hate/mistreat him for all those years. A mixture of relief and happiness at knowing. I believe it said before he would never sleep with any woman because he didn't know who his mother was. Now I think that knowing would be a huge weight off his shoulders. I also think he would be understanding and maybe even grateful eventually. I think he's the type of person who can understand that Ned did what was best for him and despite it forcing him to have a difficult life, he wouldn't be where he is today if it weren't for that. But all of these things would take a back burner to the white walker army. He does have more pressing matters to think about.
