It's said that everytime someone talks about Ned Stark's death, a puppy dies out of sadness.
Does everyone who covers this topic COMPLETELY FORGET (like seriously how dumb can you be) that Jaime even said that he wouldn't take Ned dead…only alive because Ned told him that if he died, Jaime' s little brother Tyrion would have died. Life seriously, were you all braindead when Jaime said "you are right, keep him alive, kill his men".

What if Ned told Jon his heritage before leaving for the Nightwatch? Or even earlier to his family to keep it a welcome home for with Catelyn?
