and if you look close in the scene with jon and tormund running it looks like tormund is running with a black object in his hands is it looks like a axe made out of dragon glass?
I thought the dragons are supposed be more of magical animals and possessed with magic. That means if one dies the night's king isn't able to resurrect it but as I've read the plot leaked I'm just disappointed. And I know regular fire cannot harm a white walker but dragon fire could be more effective, even valyrian steel (which some believes it made of dragon fire) can kill a white walker, if it does that means the dragons can be the big threat to them and mankind is armed, now it's time for the others to be prepared and more struggling. If dragons have none of these special features included then what's the point of making them so special both in the books and the shows. Then the dragons mean nothing. Just my thought.

I doubt that, remember the story the ice dragon? Those dragons had NO problem flying in the far north, something in my gut also tells me that Dany is not going to fly past the wall until the last season! I think Benjen will help them escape in a way we just don't know yet.

I would like to think dragons have more heat within them which could help them to survive in extreme winter. They are like a furnace. I don't think it will be hard for them to go north of the wall. Their skin is tough, they have heat within, they breath fire. Enough to keep them warm even in during long night. The only thing i can think is finding enough food in snow and those rotten wights won't satisfy their appetite.
