-bran reveals Jon's parentage to him. Samwell finds some kind of proof of such in his studies as jon needs more than just the word of bran to add weight to his legitimacy.

-cersai falls into madness after maggy the frogs prophecy of all her children dying comes true. cersai commits atrocities that Jaime cannot stand by and watch. Jamie's reception story goes full circle from pushing bran to killing his sister, lover and queen to save the realm. Jamie survives and joins snow n Co. to fight the WWs

-jon snow and dany team up after dany realizes the threat of the WWs. they marry. Jon snow is obviously azor ahai reincarnated. the original had to plunge his blade through his wife's heart to create light bringer. Jon must do the same and dany realizes it's the only way to save the realm. Jon kills dany but saves the world. like GRRM said..the end is bittersweet.

-Tyrion becomes a dragon rider. not sure if he has targaryen blood but the show has already hinted at this for the future.

Cersai (jamie), Dany (jon) Sansa (littlefinger), Davos, Mel, Thormund, littlefinger (arya), mountainstein (the hound) die.

Jon, Arya, Tyrion, varys, lady Tyrell, sandor clegane survive

I note that several characters are pretty much dismissed in your and others' predictions. For example, you totally missed out how important Sansa proved–she was the one who understood Ramsay (and Jon should have listened to her) and she saved the day by her personal actions, then she herself killed Ramsay in a way that hopefully (but probably not) banishes forever the image of her as a naive little girl. Euron was effectively side-tracked brilliantly by Yara, who now has an alliance with Daenerys. Me, I believe Daenerys' huge and powerful force has a lot of fault-lines, but that is an issue for next season. Even this show will probably not ignore just how long it will take her to get that army from Slaver's Bay to Westeros.
I will bet money Cersei is going to set off those caches of wildfire left by the Mad King rather than face defeat at the hands of the Faith. I suspect King's Landing will suffer horribly, and that Tommen will die. My own bet (although this is the next season) is that Maergery will survive, claim to be pregnant with Tommen's child (she might even be for all we know) and will insist on an alliance with Jaime as it becomes increasingly clear Cersei has gone mad. The Lannisters and Tyrells together are the strongest Great Houses left and might hold the realm together.
Me, I think we're in for a bit of shock regarding the Tower of Joy. I for one suspect Lyanna had more than one child, at least one of them a girl (who will probably turn out to be either Meera or Daenerys). All this talk of Rhaegar's nobility makes me suspect he had another side, a dark side that will stand revealed. Like maybe he really did kidnap Lyanna as a brood mare to fulfill prophecy.
All this will be revealed via Bran's greensight.

Game of Thrones Prediction for Season 6 finale:

Jaime is going to kill Cersei.

 -The prophecy is that Cersei will be killed
by her younger brother. Jaime is the younger twin. She has always
believed that Tyrion would fulfill the prophecy and this is a perfect
twist.

 -There have been many references to the wildfire around Kings Landing. Jaime killed The Mad King to keep him from burning the
city. Bran caused his madness of repeating “burn them all” (like Hodor) and may affect Cersei in a similar way.

-Cersei will try to burn down Kings Landing when the Faith Militant come for her.

-Tommen has betrayed Cersei. Cersei will be responsible for his death.  It is more likely that he will inadvertently die in the wildfire. (The prophecy also says her children will die.)
 
-Jaime has a new understanding about the
love a parent has for a child and will protect Tommen against Cersei.
Most likely, he
will be trying to keep her from setting fire to the city but it will be
too late and some of the city will burn along with Tommen who will be in
the Sept.
 
-Brienne’s relationship with Jaime proves
again and again that he is an honorable knight and will do the right
thing when he really
has to.

-If Cersei has “gone mad,” Jaime will have no choice but to kill her.

My prediction that the Red woman will give birth to an army of shadows to help Jon failed. the other prediction i made that Loras has a love affair with the Mountain, might fall asweel. Im almost dry of theories now. But i try one more: Cersei will kill Tommen with poison and the burn the city to the ground like Nero burned Rome.

Doing what is different does not make it right.  Just because he majority does it does not make it right.  If society take to cannibalism would that make it right?  Would it be a moral question or a self extinction one?  Men and women stop producing through one another and than start killing one anther, what will the result be for the human race?

So obviously game  thrones is a world ruled by women and men are subordinate to them.  like Amazon women.  Men are turned into spineless weaklings and murdered if they reject to change.  A world for since time of creation ruled by men to now be ruled by women.  Do you think that women are created to have dominance over men?  You that do not believe in God, look at the animal world, from where you believe you evolved from.  Do the female dominate the male?  No.  It is unnatural, just as it is unnatural for a man to go inside of another man.
