  1. GRRM has repeatedly said that people misunderstand the meaning of bittersweet as some great tragedy and it isn't! He lists his famous 5 as Dany, Jon, Arya, Bran and Tyrion so they are the ones to survive. Ice and Fire is about balance as they both temper the other. Anyway the ship has sailed now… jonerys babies (I would prefer baby dragons and direwolves personally)

  2. I read that D&D, when meeting with GRRM, were basically told that Dany and Jon are the entire point of the series; the title "A song of Ice and fire" blatantly means "a song of Jon and Daenerys," and everything hinges on them. As brutal and cold as GRRM can be, he does have a soft side. I believe that this entire series has been one elaborate, meandering and long romance story where we are finally seeing the main romance begin to bud. If we did not know the entire backstory of Dany and Jon before they meet, we would not care much about them. Also, I think Dany's last pregnancy was a disaster because it was not with Jon, who she was fated to be with. Any romance she had apart from the one with Jon could only end in disaster.

  3. I feel that one of them will die (I'm hoping both actually). They will build up the love relationship and at some point it will come crashing down. For me, the idea of them getting together, getting the throne and having children is toooo cliché. The scene between Tyrion and Danny I felt foreshadowed that she wouldn't get the crown, possibly no-one as it's destroyed and the people (maybe even tyrion) create a new 'wheel' – the start of a new beginning. Honestly I would be a little pissed off if they went down the happily ever after track, since GOT has been known to not go down the cliché path and let's hope they stick to it.

  4. The Night King killed Viserion with a spear and though that made for a spectacle, we were left wondering, why did the Night King not kill Jon and his men just by throwing that spear at them when they were just sitting around?

  5. Well GRRM said that the ending will be bitter sweet. My question would be, of what ending was he speakin of? TV series or books? Books are already behind of TV series so are we sure GRRM actually writes the scripts for TV show?
In any case…if books are behind of TV series why would GRRM ever write them in a way TV series goes? If he would write the same shit we already saw on TV then nobody would read the books.
I think books will have bitter sweet ending and TV series have somewhat happy ending.
I personally think this story will have 2 endings so one being happy ending and other not so happy. Thats the only thing that makes any sense.
So far the entire 6 seasons have led us to the ice and fire being united. If they decide to screw this thing up now, then what was the point of previous seasons to begin with.
You cant just destroy central plot that has taken 6 years to develop. That would be just borderline crazy and i would be really disapointed if that would happen.

I know theres plenty of you out there that would want to see all the heroes killed off and evil prevail and all the other shit, but i personally dont find that to be desired ending.
I think people who want to see more suffering and twisted plot turns will find it in the books later.

  6. I have a very interesting Theory suppose John and Danny do end up falling in love and having a baby while she is at Dragonstone pregnant with John's child she gets word that John has been killed she goes into labor gives birth to the baby but dies in the process masande and Jorah if he is still alive take the baby to Winterfell because that's where John was originally from they leave the baby with Sansa to raise so she can remind the baby of who his father was the King of the North

  7. Good analysis. I would say that the main risk of downfall is that each will probably want the other to survive the battle against the Night King at any cost, even their own. Leaked episode 6 already shows that. I gather it will only progress from there… I'm not sure how the show will end but I'm ready to bet that the books won't end with both alive however much I want that.

  8. They are so screwed. GRRM has said that he envisioned their relationship as a Luke/Leia type situation. Meaning that they meet, fall in love, bone and then their world falls apart when they are told they're related. Dany will be okay with it, seeing her family's incestuous history and the fact she's been groomed to expect to marry Viserys since she was a little girl, before being sold off unexpectedly to Drogo. In fact, learning that she's not the last Targaryen will only strenght her feelings for Jon, since he will be the fullfilment of a life long desire of hers for family and love. Jon on the other hand… he will fall apart. He is too much like Ned, too honorable and conservative to ever be okay with having feelings for and fucking his own aunt. When he finds out, he will go on a guilt trip, and blame himself, convinced he had somehow dishonored her. And if he somehow manages to get her pregnant (he probably will. In the leaked episode SPOILER, DO NOT PROCEED IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN IT; Jorah tells Jon to keep Longclaw to pass it down to his kids. An odd thing to say unless it's going to come into play later. Then Dany mentions that she can't have kids, not once in the episode, but twice. And we all know what happens when characters in this show say they can't have something or that something is impossible. That same something literaly slaps them in the face only a short time later.), he would be even more devastated. Considering he's always dreaded having a bastard. All in all, the relationship will end badly; and most likely result in one or both their deaths

  9. He's undead and she's likely barren, as there has been no mention of her menstrual cycle kicking in again during her flight from Mareen to the Dothraki Sea a season-and-a-half ago, as per aDwD. (But that hasn't stopped D&D from sloshing over fishy plot-points before, has it.)
As far as producing an issue is concerned, Danaerys might as well marry Theon(ha!) or…. Bran. <- If Danaerys can marry ~anyone~ in order to unify and strengthen her claim to all Westeros, it's Bran. (gee, did anyone happen to notice that a legit heir to Eddard Stark lives, therefore suggesting a likely referendum on Jon being KotN)
But Bran has two serious hurdles:
    1) He needs someone to act as a 'donor stud' to create issue; perhaps he could skin-change into Daario (wherever he went) to fulfill the deed.
    And more to the point,
    2) He'd have to snap out of his hypnotism by tCotF. They are probably feeding him visions via hive-mind telepathy. It's a GRRM specialty utilized in numerous other stories of his. The whole '3-Eyed Raven' business is likely a constructed delusion.

  10. What I want know, is do you think if Jon and Danny have a relationship. Would they get married? How could they convince their lands to accept them as a couple? Maybe, the United fear of the white walkers. I believe that you are spot on about the Fire and Ice represents Jon and Danny. You are a genius.

  11. Fabulous video! Please make more, so many people and storylines. Like Araya, and Littlefinger, or Sam, and Jora, Sansa, Cersi, Jamie, Tyrion. So many great characters! Love this show, and your videos. Rock on, OTM

  12. Dude awesome video! You always do a great job. Okay, now what about Jamie? Will he be captured? Will Tyrion convince Danny to let Jamie live? Will Tyrion let Jamie go, like Jamie did for Tyrion? Btw, I think that it would be cool if Jon and Danny ended up together. I know, I know, they are family. But, Game of Thrones is fantasy, and it didn't stop Jamie and Cersi.

  13. Great theories! You have very intriguing theories. It would be interesting if Jon and Danny had a baby. It would be an incredibly gorgeous baby with Jon and Danny for parents. I think it would be interesting if they had a baby together. Then, there was a huge battle between all of the lands. Everyone dies except for Jon and Danny's baby. Can we say sequel? I'm just thinking out loud.

  14. I really like your analysis. I like the comparison to Romeo and Juliet. I agree with you. I think that Jon and Danny will end up together. I think that they could end up together, and both of them die Love makes us do crazy things.

  15. Love this video! This season is so action packed. Definitely an attraction between Jon and Danny. If they got together, the north would not be happy. Let's just say, family reunions would be tense. Yikes!
