I just left this comment on another site, Talking Thrones, regarding a shocking twist…and his video and yours sort of came together in my mind…his was about this shocking twist, and I recalled this one about the Starks forgetting…
"MAYBE this will lead to LEAVING the Night's King alive….and why the cycle will repeat…the Night's King has to wait and build up his army AGAIN. We are so vested in killing the Night's King that we haven't thought that the only way for Starks to survive is to let him live!!! That's maybe what they are supposed to "REMEMBER" as Gray Area had that great video about them forgetting…"
Quick question I had in my mind. Do you think that "taking the black" could've meant something different when the saying was first said? I feel like way back the 13 lord commander fell in love with a wildling and the stories say she was a white or ice queen is because it was told by the winning sides point of view. Maybe "taking the black" was really a saying for taking the black dragon glass through the heart to become a white walker. Idk if I made sense but yea
when you read, it would help if you have the text on the screen and what page you are reading from please
Quote from Bloodraven – "“We watch, we listen, and we remember,” “The past is already written, the ink is dry.” The trees remember.
But haven't you heard? The bird bird bird, the bird is the word …
The north remembers!…. Basically means that the north have forgotten their own history and the north slowly distanced themselves from it, through thousand of years that had come to passed. But now that winter has come and the long night is coming and bringing the dead with it , they are going to be reminded of what they have forgotten.
Northern kids would be like : dont need to study for an exam, the tree's got me covered.
Excellent questions. The North remembers there is something to remember, but they forgot what it is.
Great analysis, im subscribing, great work.
Brilliant! I really love your videos!
This might sound crazy do you think that the knight king is coming for baby Sam. The baby was always promise to him
In the series we see the three eyed raven (the old) that is "in" a Heart tree. Could it be that three eyed raven are actually turning into trees… And as such they are the memory, and it could potentially explain the face in the trees. What do you think? Is it just a stupid idea I got or could it be something? Thank you for your videos and for entertaining us during this long night (waiting more than 1year for the next and final season).
U should get a job narrating books on tape. Your fantastic:-) love how u talk.
I do believe you are on to something, my Dear! Your hypothesis seem very plausible! Keep up the excellent insights.
Excellent interpretation and presentation, as always!
This story, at its core, is so much like Tolkien's Lord of the Ring.
Thank you for your videos!
They should make you the Siri voice.
This fits perfect!!! Damn Gray u knock another one outta the park🤯
I'm such a fan I watch all your videos
The north remembers is definitely not connected to the red wedding and it never has been. Only cause we first hear about it after the red wedding doesnt mean its a phrase connected to it
You don't know what I think.
