Khal Drogo has been long dead in Game of Thrones but still is remembered for his badass moments in the series. Some of them include gifting the promised golden crown to Viserys Targaryen and his iconic fight with one of his blood riders where he literally ripped his tongue out. And, who better than our very own Jason Momoa, would have brought his character to life! Well, the good news for all his fans out there is that he is all scheduled to host an episode of Saturday Night Live. Read on.

Momoa according to the recent announcement will be the host of an episode of Saturday Night Live to be aired this holiday season on 8th of December. And, he’ll be also joined in that by musical guests Mumford & Sons. This is the first time that the Game of Thrones star is all set to host a show. Apart from Momoa, Interstellar and Ocean’s Eleven star Matt Damon will host an episode too, just a week after – on December 15.

Talking about Momoa’s latest big project is Aquaman which is the long-awaited next instalment in the DC Extended Universe (DCEU) franchise. The much-acclaimed movie will hit the theatres on December 14 – a great news for both DC and Jason fans. And, the actor will be hosting Saturday Night Live just ahead of his film’s release.

Game of Thrones Season 8 is coming in April 2019 and we are really up for a new trailer from HBO and hope to see Jason Momoa in the much-hyped behind the scene featurette coming with the new season. How excited are you? Tell us in the comments.
