Kit Harington and Rose Leslie were absolute couple goals at the Game Of Thrones premiere in New York.

The married couple, who met on the set of the Westeros epic, couldn’t look more loved up if they tried as they joined the rest of the cast for the red carpet premiere.

With familiar faces from the Seven Kingdoms, old and new (or in GOTs case, living or dead) surrounding them, Kit clearly couldn’t take his eyes off his wife, who dazzled in a bright red gown.

Rose, who played Jon Snow’s former wildling lover Ygritte in the series, beamed alongside him as they made their way down the carpet.

He might not end up winning the Iron Throne, but Jon Snow is definitely not leaving Westeros empty-handed.

Elsewhere on the red carpet, Brienne of Tarth star Gwendoline Christie ignored Winter coming and embraced a Spring inspired flowing outfit, while Sophie Turner and Maisie Williams prove that a ten-year friendship has made them as firm as Sansa and Arya Stark themselves.

A surprise appearance by Jason Momoa, who played Khal Drogo on the first season of the show, has left fans convinced he’ll be making a comeback before the season 8 end.

‘It felt nice and powerful to stand next to Sophie. Sophie and I are the tightest of friends when sitting across from anyone, so no acting required,’ Maisie beamed to told EW.

With 10 days to go before the start of the final season commences, what will happen is really being kept under wraps – even if they do troll us at every opportunity.

One of the latest posters sees all our favourite characters dead in the snow, while Maisie Williams declared Arya Stark as dead in an April Fools prank on Jimmy Fallon.

Not too much longer until we find out the truth.

In the meantime, we at least have Kit hosting SNL to look forward to – and Leslie Jones’s quite frankly incredible low-budget recreations of the series after kidnapping Kit.

Game Of Thrones returns 14 April on HBO and Sky Atlantic.
