The best combat in game of thrones.
"Stay too long in one place and you will never return"
Bran is the cause of everything, this is the story, he cause the king to go mad, he is the begining of so many things, he is also the Night"s King.
Ned Stark: where's my sister?
Arthur: She's up there in the tower where her husband Rhagar left her?
Ned: Husband?
Arthur: Yeah they got married as soon as they left off together.
Ned: Fuck. That would mean this war was pointless…….. Let me see her.
Arthur: Sure, she's been wanting to see you for a while. She's actually about to give birth, said something about hiding the baby with you.
See why didn't Arthur say something like that, you know the truth ?
Aerys' kings guard was stacked, gerold hightower, jamie, barristan, not even to mention arthur dayne
Why would Sir Arthur spend so much and effort and time getting that sword razorsharp…only to immediately stick it right into the ground.
Ser Arthur Dayne aka Mr. Cut your whole crew down and steal yo bitch
God this series dumbed itself down.
And all of this is part of Bran's dream
His name is Aeg- NOOH
The fact that Arthur Dayne, one of my favourite characters in the books looks nothing as described really irks me.
Great fight scene though.
fuck ned stark, he isn't as honest man as he appears
Game Of Thrones logic:
Slit throat = Insta-death!!!
"No… nowy tends."
I wish you good fortune in the wars to come
I just started watching past season 4 recently. The quality went down. Dayne plants his sword in the ground then unsheathes two swords simultaneously.
2:13 Nuuu, Nawwetens
so what's in the tower?
When Bran yells "father!" to Ned in front of the Tower of Joy, the 3-eyed Raven standing behind him sobs as if he's going to cry. Was the old 3-Eyed Raven Bran?
Wow.. I broke out in tears watching the near end of the clip.. when Bran calls out for hist father..
I wish you good fortune in the wars to come. Did he know he wouldn't leave the tower of joy alive?
This is what happens when you station only 2 fucking guards.
No……. Now it ends.
Amazing scene, a work of art.
get's stabbed in the neck
Bran: He stabbed him in the back
For me this confirms that bran made the mad king go crazy. Once he figured out that Ned may have heard him it gave him hope that he could have stopped the mad kings madness when in reality he's the one that prompted it by telling him to burn all the dead which the mad king probably misinterpreted
I love how the horses are just in the background chilling and eating grass while people are murdering each other.
nooh, nowy tends
Maester Aemon: If someone was forced to choose between honour on the one hand and those he/she loves on the other, what would he/she do?
Howland Reed: Choose his loved ones of course, as I did; I stabbed one of the greatest knights ever in the back of his neck to save my dear lord.
PS: Still, you died well, Sword of the Morning, you did your duty bravely until the end, you should be proud! 🙂
3:23 Nice of Ned to politely wait for him to finish and kill his friend.
"Father!"
"Keep practicing, Bran!"
Starks ain't nothing without Reeds
I guess Dayne was just waiting to die. I don't know about everyone else, but it seems like another minute of conversation might have just defused this whole thing.
Dayne, "Our Prince wanted us here."
Stark, "I appreciate that you are protecting my sister, you have my thanks. How about I give you my sword, send my guys back down the hill and you escort me to speak with her?"
Dayne, <Starts putting on helmet. Stops>"So now it beg…well that seems reasonable…yea I guess so."
Far better😬
Not to be that guy, but in the books Ned does tell Bran that he would've died without the help of holland Reed. So he didn't really lie about it
NOWY TENDZ
Arthur Dayne was the Michael Jordan of fencing.
Can someone explain to me why this fight was necessary? If Ned was escorted into the tower this could have been so much cleaner. What was Ser Arthur Dayne there for?
