Sophie Turner, who plays Sansa Stark in Game of Thrones, and her fiance, musician Joe Jonas, look likely to get married this year.
If the rumours of a summer wedding are to be believed, then that would mean that their nuptials are coming up fast.
Sophie, 23, and Joe, 29, have been together for two and a half years, but got engaged after less than a year of dating back in 2017.
Since their engagement was first announced, precious few details have slowly emerged about what the wedding will be like.
If you’re one of the inquiring minds who wants to know more then stay tuned, because here’s everything we know about Joe and Sophie’s wedding so far.
Will Maisie Williams be Sophie Turner’s Maid of Honour?
Setting GOT fans’ hearts a-flutter, Sophie revealed that her co-star Maisie, who plays Sansa’s sister Arya on Game of Thrones, will be one of her two Maids of Honour at her wedding.
When talking about what Maisie will be wearing to her big day, Sophie told Entertainment Tonight: ‘I don’t know why she’s thinking about [what she’s wearing to my wedding].
‘I’m giving her the bridesmaid dress. She’s my maid of honour! One of two.’
Sophie and Maisie are regularly getting up to various shenanigans together, and are known to be really close friends, after having met while filming season one of GOT almost ten years ago.
As yet however, we don’t know who that second Maid of Honour will be…
Who will Sophie Turner’s bridesmaids be?
It isn’t yet known who Sophie’s other bridesmaids will be, however there’s a good chance that one of them will be Priyanka Chopra, who is married to Joe’s brother Nick and will soon be Sophie’s sister-in-law.
In following that line of thought and speculating a little further, it would also be reasonable to assume that Kevin Jonas’ wife Danielle could also be one of Sophie’s bridesmaids on the big day, as the brothers and their respective partners are known hang out with each other.

Sophie Turner wants ‘total privacy’ for the wedding
For months, Sophie has been reportedly saying that she wants her nuptials to be a more quiet affair.
Back in December, a source told Hollywood Life: ‘One of Sophie’s biggest wishes for her wedding to Joe is that they can pull it off in total privacy.’
‘She has sworn everyone to secrecy when it comes to the exact date and she’s been taking huge precautions when it comes to all the planning.’

Then in April, Sophie herself told Harper’s Bazaar:
‘We’re trying to keep it as low-key as possible. So it’s more of an intimate thing,’
This wish contrasts pretty strongly with the lavish wedding ceremonies of Joe’s brother Nick to Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra.
What will happen at Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas’ wedding?
Joe on the other hand has been a little more loose-lipped on the subject of his impending wedding, giving away some details as to what the wedding will involve.
He told James Corden on The Late Late Show: ‘It’s going to be a lot of fun. We’re going to have a flag rugby game at the wedding, and a flag football game.’
‘So if all the groomsmen show up with black eyes and broken arms, I’ll be very proud.’
To each their own!
Where and when will Joe and Sophie be getting married?
While nothing has been confirmed, according to Us Weekly, Joe and Sophie have arranged it so that their wedding ceremony will take place in France over the summer.
In December of last year, life coach Mike Bayer seemed to have revealed not only the year of the wedding, but the location too.
In an Instagram story which was eventually deleted, Mike shared a video of a wooden box on which was etched the words ‘Sophie and Joe 2019 France’.
Of course this sent fans speculating as to whether or not the box was actually a wedding invite.
If that’s the case, the wedding could be very close indeed!
