White House Farm episode two airs tonight (Wednesday, January 15) at 9pm on ITV. The six-part series is a dramatisation of the case of Jeremy Bamber (played by Freddie Fox), who is currently serving a life sentence for a series of murders at White Hosue Farm, near Tolleshunt D’Arcy, Essex in August 1985. Bamber is believed to have killed his sister, Sheila Caffell, her two young children Daniel and Nicholas Caffell and his adoptive parents, June and Nevill Bamber, all of which he denies.
Who is Mark Stanley?
Mark Stanley is best known for playing Grenn in HBO’s Game of Thrones from 2011 until 2014.
The 31-year-old then went on to star in the BBC series Dickensian as Bill Skies.
In 2017 alone, he starred in the TV series Broken, Love, Lies and Records and Little Women.
He most recently starred as Hugo in Netflix’s Criminal and ITV’s Sanditon as Lord Babington.

Caffell was the ex-husband of Sheila Caffell and the father to six-year-old twins, Shiela, Nicholas and Daniel.
On the night of August 6 and the early hours of August 7, 1985, Shiela, Nicholas and Daniel and Sheila’s adoptive parents, June and Nevill Bamber were murdered.
Sheila’s brother Jeremy Bamber is currently serving a life sentence for the killings. He has denied any part in the murders.
To help write the drama, writer and executive producer Kris Mrksa used extensive research, interviews and published accounts including, ‘The Murders at White House Farm’ by Carol Ann Lee with additional material from ‘In Search of The Rainbow’s End’ by Colin Caffell.
Speaking to ITV, Stanley said: “Colin understands there has to be a licence to fit this story into a six-part drama.
“He also got in touch after he watched it all to say. ‘You’ve played it as I wanted it – and how I felt I was. Which is that I survived it.’”

Stanley added: “He is a better survivor than I ever would be. He went through absolute hell. But to see him come on set and to be able to do that with strength; I’ve got a massive amount of respect for him for being able to do that.
“ I think Colin is incredible. We were some way into filming when Colin first came on set so I was absolutely fine with Colin seeing me as him.
“And then having his nod of approval empowered you to go on and continue to try and do the best job you could.”
He added: “White House Farm never forgets that five lives were lost, including those of two six-year-old children.
“I’m very proud to be a part of this drama. It informs and tells a really important story.”
