New $10-a-month streaming service to rival Netflix and Stan launches in Australia – and it’s got HBO shows you can’t get on ANY other platform

A new streaming service has just launched in Australia and it’s good news for Game of Thrones fans and anyone who didn’t want to pay for an expensive Foxtel package to access other HBO shows.
Binge will be available to Australians on Monday, offering 10,000 hours of blockbuster shows and movies for $10 a month on one screen, $14 for two screens and $18 for four.
Owned by Foxtel, the new service works in a similar way to Netflix – but with content such as quality HBO shows such as Big Little Lies and Westworld, popular reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians and classics such as Sex and the City and Seinfeld.

Binge has launched in Australia on Monday and includes up to 10,000 hours of hit tv shows and films
Binge can be tested on a free, two-week trial.
Whether the streaming service can match the content offered by the likes of Stan and Netflix is yet to be seen.
It also includes a ‘Surprise Me’ feature where a film or television show will appear on screen at random to help viewers who can’t decide what to watch.
Along with shows from HBO, Binge viewers will also have access to original content from the new American streaming service HBO Max which includes a new reboot of Gossip Girl.

Some of the best content Binge offers includes hit series like Game of Thrones, Seinfeld, Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and David Attenborough documentaries.
It also includes films like Fast & Furious, Jurassic Park, Mission Impossible and DC Universe collections.
Binge CEO Julian Ogrin said viewers would struggle to turn it off.

Binge is now available to stream on Android TV, Apple TV, Telstra TV and Chromecast.
The insanely popular Game of Thrones will also feature on Binge along with various other hit shows and films
