Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke is saying goodbye to her luxurious castle in Venice, California.
Clarke, famous for her role on the hit HBO series “Game of Thrones,” listed her modern 2-bedroom, 3 bathroom for $4.4 million, according to PEOPLE Magazine.
The property is listed by Juliette Hohnen from Douglas Elliman and Ruby Fay of Pinnacle Estate Properties.
Hohnen, Clarke’s real estate agent, took to Instagram yesterday to share an update on the property listing.
“Just sold!” Honen revealed. “645 Milwood Ave. Ending the year strong and still putting homes in escrow! 645 Milwood is one of my favorite sales this year. With tons of inventory in Venice right now, it takes a hands-on agent to interpret and guide your listing to a closed sale. Anyone can list a house but only an experienced agent will sell it.”
The 2,817 square-foot property boasts 15-foot ceilings, built-in bookshelves that surrounded a central fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows and doors on both sides that open onto the front patio.
The single-family home home includes a backyard complete with an 80-year-old olive tree and a courtyard that includes a 30-foot pool and covered veranda. Other special features include a floating staircase that leads to both suite-style bedrooms, a walk-in closet, and spa-like bathroom.
Clarke, 34, has been spending her lockdown with a new furry friend named Ted. Clarke recently announced the new addition to her family, a new black and brown dachshund puppy.
