Take a drink every time Dennis starts a sentence with "Yeah"
Nice to hear good commentary when a lot of others have been complaining so much about this season.
game of thrones 7 for on this link http://yoalizer.com/2Au2
Thanks soooo much for adding Rachel to this show. Great decision. I could listen to her talk thrones for hours. She accurately recalls book and show info at will. All 4 compliment soo well. Please keep this team together for the last season. Find some more triumphant intro music is my only suggestion. Be awesome to get the actual theme song permission.
Jon Snow is one of the dumbest slowest fool ever written for cinema. Leaders like him, Rob and Ned will always get their followers killed. He even got a dragon killed and tried hard to stall EVERYBODY on the other dragon so they could die too. These screen writers must want us to hate Jon. So dumb it's breaking suspense of disbelief. Season 8 will have him breaking the 4th wall or licking the camera.
God I thought we were gonna lose Jamie for a sec there
John rocha.. u are full of it. This episode was flawless
Biggest revelation: John doesn't fully believe we landed on the moon.
lol uhh you can't watch all 8 seasons in a weekend
Has Bran revealed that Jamie threw him from the window? Because Jamie is heading north and that will be a great twist. Let me know if you like this theory, if nobody knows yet
guys … guys… Daario Naharis is the one pulling the stringswith everything in Essos.. Which is where the golden company operates out of… The golden Company is a trojan horse thats gonna turn on Cerci the moment they get to Westeros.. Most likely all greyjoys on each ship the golden company is on will be dead by the time they even get to Westeros.
I don't know what John is talking about here. Jon is a Stark by blood as well. He's Lyanna's son and that's why Ned never mentioned the word "son", when it came to Jon. He always thought of him as "my blood", both in the books and the show. The point he made with Theon was not that he was a Stark. He said to him you do not have to choose cause "you're both a Greyjoy and a Stark". Just like Jon is a Targaryen and a Stark.
Rachel, Jon's history doesn't say the same thing actually. What happened between him and Ygritte was that although he loved her, he betrayed her and remained loyal to his brothers of the Night's Watch.
I'm surprised that nobody discussed the point of why Cersei agreed (pretend to agree) with Tyrion. We know nothing about that. They cut the conversation in half and didn't the show the most important part. What did Tyrion "offer" to her to maker "change" her mind? That what's intersting.
Wouldn't it be amazing if Littlefinger had gotten to the Iron throne and Lady Stoneheart was there
It feels like to me that the Night King is somehow a good guy and what he's doing is actually necessary (Plot Twist).
At last Terminator's TV Sarah Connor and a movie Sarah Connor meet!
I want to watch game of throne episode 7 of season 7 and not all these useless talks
cersei's so fucken deluded and mental its great.
Harp + Rose = wolf
I'm a Lannister fan 💯💯. Great acting Cersei. I guess there's no need for my impatience since they all r gonna gang up on her . Jamie left, so fuck GOT. I rather see soldiers fight for their side than fucking zombies.so GOT can leave us wanting till 2025 . Don't care
They can do better. Come on , most of the scenes is shot on green screen. This is ridiculous.
Why should the fans wait until 2019? I think this is a joke .🤷🏾♀️😩
tyrion is thinking to much in protect his own family, how he saih himself to cersei. dany should stop listening for him at all
Bran is no longer Bran. He is the Three Eyed Raven. He doesn't help unless it is necessary. That's it 🤷♂️
Volume way to low guys
John Rocha is as soft as pussywillow… but he's always point (apart from transformers)
lol… Great commentary
I don't get why people think Gilly deserves any credit for the wedding-reveal. Sam told us himself this episode that he had transcribed the Maester's diary. Gilly only read that transcription aloud for the audience. Sam didn't really listen then, because he had read and written that very book already.
Then it was just a matter of Bran mentioning Rhaegar's and Lyanna's relationship for Sam to put it all together and realise the Maester was talking about them.
Just my 2 cents
First time i saw Season 1 found it slow, and took a few episodes to really get into. But now so many seasons deep into this show it might be my favorite. That season is layered masterfully, and Sean Bean and Mark Addy really anchored this show and set it up for the great episodes that came later. Their presence is still felt now especially this season. I saw a video where someone edited those Season 1 scenes with scenes from last weeks finale and Mark Addy in particular just nailed that character so well.
I love Rachel!!
I thought the moment when Sansa figured it out was fairly obvious. The show has beaten us over the head with the fact that Arya would rather die than be forced to wear dresses and act the lady. When Little Finger has Sansa play the game the answer it led to, Arya being lady of Winterfell, obviously didn't fit which led to Sansa turning on Little Finger.
FROST FIRE!
Another good watch, thanks folks!
little fingers death was perfect. they took away his major weapon, his voice.
Season 2 is my favorite too. "Blackwater" is the best episode of GOT.
Found a better name then "frost fire" for White Viserion…how about "Shadow Fire."
Moment Sansa realised it was Littlefinger playing her was when he said "what does Arya become once she kills Sansa". Arya already told her multiple times that she didn't want to be a Lady.
I think when Sansa realizes tha Littlefinger was up to something was at the end of their convo when he tries to make her believe Arya wanted become Lady of Winterfell. The sisters both know that Arya would never want that title, and they spoke about that in an earlier episode this season. That's when I think it clicked for Sansa
Ken, Rachel, John & Dennis ~ Thank you so much for making Game even more fun with your great insights. This is the first time I ever commented on a website.
you guys should do a recap/review of each season
Sansa went to Bran for counsel before deciding to execute her sister, Arya. Bran sets her straight and the Producers elected to put us "the audience" in LF's shoes for the big "How do you plead. Lord Baelish?" reveal.
Ken is a perfect host! Rachel is brilliant! Love John's passion and Dennis funny comments! Thank you, guys! Will be looking for more GOT talk from you!!!
Excellent review
Does this mean that the white walkers could have never gone beyond the wall magic if Jon (Egg) and the team hadn't tried to get the Wight and gotten the dragon killed?
So many commenters here I don't recognize from other Collider pages! I hope a bunch of people are encouraged to go check out Collider and Shmoes Know's other shows. There's a ton of content and a ton of fun to be had diving into it.
That whole Sansa/Arya thing with Littlefinger was very like late Dexter, just a cheap surprise and unearned (as Rocha said). I wonder if they have any those writers from that show in the room. Blechh.
Regarding Sansa, the line "I'm a slow learner, it's true", indicates that she got the manipulation of Littlefinger later not before. I believe Arya was leading her to a realization then Sansa later realized and confer with her sibling about Littlefinger's manipulation.
