We might owe Funko a huge favor, folks. They’re releasing a Game of Thrones Funko board game that will give YOU the power to change the story, so if you’re still salty about the way the show ended last year, he’s your chance to make some adjustments!

Basically, the game will let you pit any Game of Thrones Funko against any other for any reason. Included in the set will be Funkos of Jon Snow, the Night King, Arya Stark, and Daenerys Targaryen. If you’re like me, you’re already concocting a story in your head. Personally, I want Arya and Dany to go head-to-head just to see what would happen. Oh, and I’m thinking that even though the set only includes these four, I’ll most definitely be busting out my other Game of Thrones Funkos to join the fun.

Funkoverse functions like many other strategy board games. Every turn, each player can perform two actions with a single unit e.g. moving across the board or using any of the characters unique abilities. The powers are based on a cool down system, which means players will have to wait a few turns before they can use them again. It works like it would in a video game: the stronger the power, the longer the cool down.

Let the battle begin:

The game is now available for pre-order thru PopInABox in the United States and the U.K. Side note. It’ll run you $39.99 and £39.99, respectively.

Oh, and if you want to get even more fun out of this, I have something else to tell you. All FunkoVerse board games are compatible with each other — Funko also puts out board games based on Back to the Future, Batman, Jurassic Park, Harry Potter, Aggretsuko, and Rick and Morty. What does this mean? You can have Doc Brown facing off with the Night King, or a T-Rex go head-to-head with Jon Snow, and so on.

And while we’re talking about Game of Thrones merch, you can also take a look at these elaborate looking guitars from the Fender Custom Shop, modeled after Houses Stark, Targaryen and Lannister:.

The cost? The guitars range from $25,000-$35,000. You have options!

I think I’ll go ahead and stick to the board game life.
