Based on the internationally best-selling series of books by Lemony Snicket (aka Daniel Handler) and starring Emmy and Tony Award winner Neil Patrick Harris, Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events recounts the tragic tale of the Baudelaire orphans — Violet, Klaus, and Sunny β whose evil guardian Count Olaf will stop at nothing to get his hands on their inheritance. The siblings must outsmart Olaf at every turn, foiling his many devious plans and disguises, in order to discover clues to their parentsβ mysterious death. The eight-episode series is a Netflix original production, executive produced by Emmy Award winner Barry Sonnenfeld and Daniel Handler, and also stars Patrick Warburton (Lemony Snicket), Joan Cusack (Justice Strauss), Malina Weissman (Violet Baudelaire) and Louis Hynes (Klaus Baudelaire).

Hey guys, I loved the first season of A Series of Unfortunate Events and here's some of the best easter eggs I spotted + a little Season 2 tease to get you excited!
Let me know what other easter eggs you spotted and what you'd like to see in season 2!
When they were going to the movies, if,you pause at the right time when theyβre outside, one of the movies showing is βmen in beigeβ
On the Reptile Room Part 1, we can see Stephanie struggling to use chopsticks, that's a How I Met Your Mother reference to Barney Stinson who could also not use chopsticks very well
One of the only shows based on a book series that is actually really accurate
When I first saw Quagmire I thought it was referencing family guy.
I would love to see more references to All The Wrong Questions as it is a really good book series and very under-appreciated.
Those names are in the tunnels because in the books there was a tunnel system to each member of vfd's home
I would like to be casted in season 2 !!! π
Ok
Every single spoiler is nothing but dismay
In episode 7 when Dr Orwel is hypnotizing Klaus if you pause the show at the exact moment where there are leters black on white all the letters are only VFD.
The "only" 2 Quagmire siblings that survived, Isadora and Duncan, was a reference to Isadora Duncan the dancer that died when her scarf got caught in the wheels of an automobile.
Lmao when Olaf broke the 4th wall xD that was the best
Ashley Johnson as esmΓ©
