Game Of Thrones star Laura Pradelseka has been forced to turn off her Instagram comments after sickening trolls bombarded her with anti-Semitic abuse.

Laura, who stars as Quaithe in the Westeros fantasy series, revealed to Emma Barnett on BBC Radio 5 Live that her heritage has left her vulnerable by sickening abuse online, when it’s completely unwarranted.

She told the radio host: ‘You would be amazed at some of the comments I get. I must say, I have disabled my comments on my Instagram, simply because my skin wasn’t thick enough to take it.’

‘It’s mostly to do with Israel and it’s completely uncalled for because I tend to post pretty pictures, or pictures of rehearsals or things that I do,’ she added.

‘I am outspoken and I do work with organisations, that doesn’t mean that necessarily I have to have a political opinion. I’m not really equipped to go into major discussions.’

She then added that those who attack her often do so under a ruse, and said: ‘I do get abuse, absolutely, it’s strange. It’s usually also from people that hide behind some sort of strange names.’
