Splendid reactions and an action-paced episode but you did seem a little confused ("who the fuck are these people?"). If you remember last time, Cercei made an alliance with the High Sparrow in order to counteract Queen Margaery and the Tyrells new position of power. As a result the Faith Militant have been empowered to attack peddlers of false idols, taverns and Kings Landing brothels (including Littlefingers). Margaery's brother Loras is also dragged off during this purge due to his so-called 'sexual perversions'. We also saw during this carnage Lancel Lannister (Cercei's other bit on the side in season 1!) having the 7 pointed star carved into his forehead (nice!) as a sign of his new found devotion to the Faith. So it looks like Cercei is regaining her position of dominance again but has she thought of everything … only time will tell!
Cant see the Jamie/ David Tennant resemblance myself but at least we saw that he's not completely handless in a swordfight!
Ok, question for next time… do you think Jon Snow really knows nothing???
