Arya is Lady Stoneheart

If only it had been such that Arya (now completely darkened by bloodlust) could have looked up from Frey into the hall to see Lady Stoneheart. I can just see her grasp her throat to rasp out "come, we have work to do…"

More likely, I think they merged LS's darkness and revenge into Arya's character. Maybe Lady Stoneheart could be another "personality" that Arya constructed to handle the trauma she's endured to complete her list?

As is, I'm sorely disappointed Lady Stoneheart has not surfaced…we have other walking dead helping the surviving members of house Stark, so why not??

Well there's a point… The show is one a tight schedule with no time-slot for random story-lines and yet they introduce the Brotherhood out of the blue and Walder Frey and the Lannister Arm at a strategic spot. They wouldnt do it if they didnt have a motive

So after episode 8… it's doubtful we'll see her…
But I loved Blackfish and I'm sorry to see him go… and as the show sometimes rewrites characters or combines them… what if instead we'd be treated to Lord Stoneheart! 🙂 🙂 🙂
