Kit Harington winked to confirm rumours on The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon (Picture: NBC)

Game Of Thrones star Kit Harington confirmed spoilers for the upcoming season eight finale by winking and blinking during an interview.

The 32-year-old actor, who plays Jon Snow in the HBO series, was grilled over rumours as he sat on the sofa of The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon on Thursday night, confessing things he’s taken from set and whether or not he dies.

Well, kinda.

Kit revealed to Jimmy that he requested that a statue of his character was shipped over from the studio to his house in England and that he can’t actually wink.

‘I thought I could wink and then every time I winked on a chat show or anything my friends and everyone have picked up that I can’t wink,’ he said before demonstrating a Mexican wave styled blink.

Jimmy observed: ‘It’s a wink blink. It’s very interesting. It is a wink, but it’s also a blink.’

The presenter then asked Kit to confirm spoilers from the Game Of Thrones trailer and presented him with three stills, explaining: ‘Give me a wink for yes and a blink for no.’

Jimmy began his questions with a picture of a sword in the snow and asked whether it meant that Jon dies.

Kit replied with a wink-blink.

Jimmy then asked whether a scene of  ‘destruction’ meant that the whole cast dies, to which Kit demonstrated another wink-blink.

Finally, the host asked whether or not Jon gets to ride a dragon in the closing episodes and surprise, surprise, Kit answered with yet another wink-blink.

Guess we’ll have to sit tight and wait to discover the truth.

Game Of Thrones returns 14 April on Sky Atlantic and NOW TV.
