Welcome back for another Game of Thrones Season 8 Update video. Some of the things I discussed in this video can be potential spoilers for the final season so proceed with caution. Filming is already underway now that all of the cast members have arrived in Belfast and the photos are already started to hit the Internet. A new set has been built and according to a recent report the new structure has underwent a controlled fire test. To me that sounds like this new set will be burnt to the ground, but I can not confirm where this building will be. It appears to have a similar color of the buildings we tend to see in King’s Landing so this has potential of being a big clue in terms of the plot. Certain cast members have also been spotted around town together hanging out. The strange thing is these cast members have never filmed anything together before, so maybe this is another clue as to what to expect. Still too early to tell, but you be the judge.   6. It's actually not too odd to find Gendry and Gilly together – they starred as close friends and housemates on the UK show SKINS. And Grey Worm is a musician/hip hop artist too, so I'm guessing they're all old friends catching up who just so happen to have parts on GOT.

  10. Bless you for the Gendry update!!! I wasn't expecting it and honestly it's what I've been waiting to hear. God I love this channel. Oh, and those three actors are all good friends. Joe and Jacob are best mates and Joe was obviously in Skins with Hannah so they're probably just legit hanging out 😀

  12. Remember, Joe Dempsie (Gendry) and Hannah Murray (Gilly) used to be in a show together in the U.K. called Skins, so they knew each other from before and thus perhaps they were just hanging out together and it has nothing to do with any scenes they may have together.

    I wouldn't read too much into actors spending time together meaning they are working in the same scenes, though.
    Studios have more than one set in them and everyone often shares a greenroom and trailer lot, so they could all be hanging out between takes but be working on different scenes.

  23. It is possible that Gilly, Greyworm, and Hendry are and were friends off screen. I mean I'm sure they are all at Winterfell, but even my wild imagination can't picture those three in a scene together at all. Gendry, and Greyworm maybe. But let's face it Billy doesn't fit in a scene with those two even if training for battle.

  24. I’m pretty sure I read somewhere that Kit Harington said he cried but not because of the script, because it’s ending and it’s been the longest he’s ever worked on something. Longer than school or any other project. I mean he also met his future wife on this show so obviously it’s a huge deal for him.

  31. The House of the Undying dream scene will probably come to life in this upcoming season but instead of Daenerys being in physical form, it's her ghost who will see the burned down Red Keep after the invasion of her army as vengeance to Cersei.

  35. Edmure Tully is great, and Tobias Menzies did a fantastic job. His best was the scene when he was being held prisoner in the tent conversing with Jaime. The red wedding was another good one. I hope he returns in season 8.
