The internet is abuzz this week with questions about the latest episode of Game of Thrones, “The Long Night.” Two of the few people who can answer those questions, showrunners David Benioff and D. B. Weiss, sat down with Jimmy Kimmel to say what they could say, which unsurprisingly isn’t much. Watch below:

We’ve heard some of those behind-the-scenes stories before, starting with how they convinced George R.R. Martin to let them produce a TV show based on his books by correctly answering his question: Who is Jon Snow’s mother? It’s a well-known story, although I may now have trouble getting the image of Martin with “a little bit of butter in his beard” out of my head.

The most intriguing part of the interview is probably when Kimmel asks the pair if we’re “for sure done with the White Walkers.” Quoth Benioff: “We’re not gonna answer that.”

Now, I know that one of the criticisms leveled at the episode is that the Night King died before we found out enough about his backstory and motivations. Personally, that never crossed my mind — the Children of the Forest created the Night King to wipe out humanity and he’s carrying out his mission; I thought it’d been pretty cut and dried for a couple seasons now — but for those of you who want more, you may yet get it.

I also liked hearing that Jacob Anderson (Grey Worm) is apparently the most proficient cast member when it comes to speaking the made-up languages conjured for the show by professional conlanger David Peterson. According, to Weiss, during the filming of the Battle of Winterfell, director Miguel Sapochnik asked Anderson to improvise something in Valyrian, but because Anderson was so discombobulated from weeks of night shoots, all he could think to say was, “Mike Pence! Mike Pence!”

If anybody can find that clip, they’re a hero.
