As cool as it is being someone wearing a 501st level suit I don't think I could handle latex makeup sitting there for 5-10 hours having people stick stuff on me. Hell it takes most troopers and Jedi 20-30 minutes to get into costume and we think that is alot of work (mainly because each piece makes you hotter and is hard to wear more then a few hours tops without suffering heat exhaustion).

I love how they only use CGI when it's really necessary. It's a lot of work but I think it's absolutely worth it, the results are so much better. All my respect for those guys.
