Natalie Dormer, who played Margaery Tyrell in the hit HBO fantasy series, will give a talk at the University of Oxford’s debating society, the Oxford Union, on June 1.

Ms Dormer, who was born just over the border in Reading, is well-known for her roles in high profile films and television shows.

Dormer had her breakthrough playing the role of Anne Boleyn on the Showtime series The Tudors.

Following this, she picked up parts in Captain America: The First Avenger, The Hunger Games franchise, Game of Thrones, Elementary and The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance.

Natalie Dormer will speak at the Oxford Union on Wednesday, June 1 between 5pm and 6pm.
