The line 'Be kind to strangers and stranger will be kind to you' is a direct implication on Arya being The Stranger, she is no one as no one knows her face and who she is. She is totally unpredictable, but if you give an offering to The Stranger, then The Stranger will do no harm. For me it put Arya in a God-like like where only she decides who gets to live and who gets to die. Which makes her completely psychotic and unhinged.
