With regards to Joffrey, I think it is the first time he's ever been able to kill someone in private. He's been first in line to the throne or the King his entire life. He may well have had no privacy. He might have killed someone or ordered it to be done in public, but he's never had the opportunity to do whatever he wants in private.

I really enjoyed this reaction. These guys may not react the standard way people expect, but clearly they are truly taking in all of the little nuances and picking up in some of the show cues better than most people who watch it for the first time.
I think along the same lines as Rick. I question whether Margery actually killed Ros. Because of that scene with Margery holding the bow and asking Joffrey if he'd like to watch her kill something with it…
