Hey Guys, Here's my own theory video on DeVoe, how he got his powers, his interest in Barry and the symbols tattooed on his face. Let me know what you thoughts of this theory and what your very own thoughts on the thinker, his powers, how he got them, his interest in Barry and the tattooed symbols are.

I did say that CW Thinker is gonna be an amalgam of comics Thinker and Godspeed.
Interesting theory, I believe it must be from the speed force storm and they are saving it for later.
Third season we got Megatron, Draco Malfoy, Planet of Apes. It's fair that this season we got emperor Palpatine/Darth Sidious, Transformers writing, and Tony Stark's technology.
I think DeVoe had visions of The Flash just like Eobard did or how Cisco had visions of his Death by Evil Wells . But when he discovered meta humans in Central City and found The Flash and seen what he can do and his no killing policy ,he constructed well … himself , all that tech so that one day he can read Barry s mind and gain speed force knowledge ! The planet resources are being depleted and if you have a collection of meta humans , they can be used as a power source to smuggle resources from the multiverse

I hope this season the suspense a lot better coz in the last season we knew savatar is Barry when did reveal him. So I hope whatever the suspense maybe they do a better job at not making it predictable.
Why can't Barry remember anything from the Speedforce when the team asked he said I don't remember but why and why did the team just asy ok and let it go why isn't Barry interested in the symbols and what they mean .How did the Thinker give Kilgore his powers and the others theirs,and what are the consequences of Barry escaping the Speedforce you mean the Speedforce don't know he's gone they know everything else but not this?I'm thinking Devoe did get his powers from the accident and he has a connection to the Speedforce and maybe he's the reason Barry can't remember, but Devoe needs Barry's speed so he can think faster we know this
You do make a compelling and logical argument there. I can imagine the show taking that route actually with both the storm effect and the symbols.
