  1. I don't really understand the show in general. The guy that play Sheldon is gay in real life, but the show constantly makes homophobic jokes at "feminine men". Then there's the guy who plays Raj. His ancestry is from India but the show makes fun of India and Indian people accents. The woman that plays Amy is a feminist, but yet she's ok with playing a character who is browbeaten by a rampant misogynist while she becomes an apologist to it.Then there's the fact that these "nerds" act just like stereotype movie jocks. And the show doesn't have fun with and celebrate "nerd culture", nerd culture is the basis for it's jokes.
