  1. Fun fact: James Michael Tyler (Gunther) used to work in a coffee shop, and Kevin Sussman (Stuart on "The Big Bang Theory") used to work in a comic book store. That is eerie, considering the fact that they both play the pitiful sap on sitcoms that are compared to each other.

  3. I always felt that the writers of "The Big Bang Theory" stole from "Friends":

    1.  Rachel and Penny (America's Sweetheart/girl-next-door who goes from waitress to career woman)
    2.  Ross and Leonard (girl-next-door's whiny boyfriend)
    3.  Joey and Howard (playboy)
    4.  Chandler and Raj (has trouble with women)
    5.  Phoebe and Amy (weird; plays musical instrument)
    6.  Monica and Bernadette (short-tempered and bossy)
    7. In Sheldon's case, since TBBT has FOUR male leads, the only thing I can point out is that he and Monica both have OCD.
    8. Recurring characters Gunther and Stuart (pitiful sap; also by coincidence, the guy who plays Gunther used to work in a coffee shop, and the guy who plays Stuart used to work in a comic book store).
    9. Michael Rapaport played characters who were on "both sides of the law": police officer in "Friends" and illegally sold liquid helium in TBBT.

    Yes, I know I'm stretching this a little too far, since both shows' characters are entirely different in terms of the "nerd" factor (see #'s 3 & 4):

    – Joey is dimwitted and suave. Howard is intelligent and creepy.
    – Chandler just has a bit of a complex. Raj is socially awkward.

    I WANNA BE HONEST! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE ROSS AND RACHEL LOVE STORY!! HONESTLY, THAT WAS THE MAIN STORY OF FRIENDS FOR ME, one of the highlights of the SHOW, and THE BIGGEST REASON WHY I WATCHED THE SHOW, although i love all of them!That was also the first BIG STORY from the FIRST EPISODE where Ross asks Rachel at the end would she be ok if he asks her out.THEIR RELATIONSHIP IS VERY REALISTIC AND THERE ARE LOT OF PEOPLE INCLUDING MYSELF WHO CAN RELATE TO IT. SO I MADE lots of videos of ROSS AND RACHEL AND THEIR STORY.
    I've finished 8 SEASONS SO FAR, AND I'M DOING SEASON 9. I'm making some sort of MINI MOVIE, where i have LOTS of VIDEOS with episodes and scenes where these ROSS & RACHEL are included. I INCLUDED EVERYTHING THAT WAS ABOUT THEM. THEIR RELATIONSHIP (and their relationships WITH OTHER PEOPLE), THEIR INDIVIDUAL STORIES, WHAT HAPPENED PRIOR TO THEIR RELATIONSHIP, DURING AND AFTER THEIR RELATIONSHIP + some extra funny scenes. IF YOU LIKE FRIENDS AND ROSS AND RACHEL STORY, CHECK OUT MY CHANNEL AND HAVE A LOOK, IF YOU HAVE TIME. and i will try to finish the whole story, out of whole 10 seasons. I'M A VERY BIG FAN OF ROSS AND RACHEL AND I WANT TO SHARE THAT WITH OTHER PEOPLE by MAKING A VIDEO COMPILATION OF THEIR STORY.. 🙂

  40. #FRIENDS was the only show that will help me put a smile on my face when I am hurting the most not only that but taught me how to be a true friend to others and taught me things about life we probably don't understand yet or didn't know about❤❤❤❤
