Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. must face a proposed class action alleging it falsely advertised price discounts for in-game purchases in its mobile game “Game of Thrones Conquest,” after a federal court denied the company’s bid to force players to arbitrate their claims.

The strategy game, based on the popular HBO television show and the “Song of Ice and Fire” book series, had more than 20 million downloads as of December 2020 and has generated over $750 million in revenue since its 2017 release, Charissa Keebaugh and others said in the lawsuit.
