  1. The Blade TV series was good and still holds up well. They got the tone right (dark but with humor), the actor playing Blade was pretty good (tho very different from Snipes), the vamp death effects were better than in the movies, and there was some great character development (except for Blade).

  2. If you guys came away from this episode with anything let it be that Spectacular Spider-Man is one of the best things Marvel has created in the past 10 years

  3. This is the time of life I met and married my husband. Our first date was Spider-Man 3… and the amazing part is we still agreed to go on a second date!!

And he's the one who introduced me to iron man. I'd never heard of him and wasn't going to see the movie. He told me the plot and i said, "so it's kinda like Batman in the marvel universe?" Oh how young and naive I was. He was always more of a marvel fan, me a DC fan. And we are now married… such a nice love story: comics bringing us together.

  4. Thank You for showing DC Animated movies cuz they deserve praise. They are not perfect by any means but just because they are direct to DVD doesn't mean they are trash. 85% of them are great so treat them with respect. Love a lot of them

  5. Man-Thing wasn't a series, it was actually produced as a feature film, it just ended up getting sold to SyFy and airing as a telefilm in the US and going straight to video in most other territories (although it got a theatrical release in a few places) because it was so bad.

  6. Spectacular Spider-Man's not quite as great as Spider-Man TAS was, but it was pretty damn great.

And I don't know if you guys just haven't watched Fantastic Four:World's Greatest Heroes or what, but that show is actually the best version of the Fantastic Four outside the comics. Maybe not the most accurate (Fantastic Four TAS was definitely more accurate), but it's actually a pretty cool show.

Wolverine and the X-Men was…..not very good. It's weirdly dull.

  7. I will always have a soft spot in my heart for Spiderman 3. My brother in law had just died, and my mom had rented it for me an my young 7/8 yo nephew to try and take his mind off of his dad dying for a little bit since he loved the first 2.

  8. i love the constantine movie. im a big hellblazer fan. think that if the justice league dark ever comes back maybe keanu could be back up for something. still think hes a great choice for many superhero slots

  9. Fantastic Four WGH was great , Wolverine and rhe Xmen had a well written story and Spectacular Spideman is still the best told spidey story to hit television.

Really don’t know how much of it you guys actually watched (besides Amy who’s being honest)

  10. People already beat me too it, but even as someone who grew up on Amazing Friend and the 90s animated series, I think Spectacular Spider-Man is the best Spider-Man series to date.
Also, while Wolverine and the X-Men wasn't perfect, I was a big fan of it. I'm still mad it was cancelled after the cliffhanger teased Age of Apocalypse for season 2! It was almost as frustrating as the Young Justice cliffhanger a few years later.

  11. So these guys didn't like Spectacular Spiderman?? Huh, I don't feel alone anymore. I think the show is OK but not among my favorites definitely. I'd rather watch the 90's show or Spidey and his amazing friends all over again

  12. These Are great. I really wish it was just you three doing the top 50 countdown. I feel the collider crew don't really know comic book characters and some of them have said many times I don't read comics. That preview kind of prove me right. It should be comic book readers not movie reviewer's reviewing these movie .sorry to sound negative. Love the show!!

  13. Will they be taking about 50 comic book movies or Super hero movies? Some that are usually forgotten are the original Robin Hood that was the first movie in color, and the Curse of Capistrano.
