Emilia Clarke is one of the most familiar faces from the vast cast of Game of Thrones. Though she is famous mostly for her role âDaenerys Targaryenâ on the show, she has played major characters in various projects over the past few years. Emilia portrayed Qiâra in the Star Wars spinoff Solo: A Star Wars Story. Clarke has responded to the return of her Solo character to the Star Wars universe, admitting it means so much.
Emilia played Qiâra in 2018âs Solo: A Star Wars Story, and fans have been questioning if we could see her back after the Star Wars: War of the Bounty Hunters comic book hinted at Qiâraâs potential return. However, as of right now, it sounds like there are no plans for the character to pop up on the big screen.
âI have heard nothing. Absolutely nothing,â Emilia said on the Happy Sad Confused podcast. âI loved Qiâra. Loved her, really, really did. I loved Han, I loved the story, I loved the people, I loved the experience,â she said.
âIt was one of those ones where if you know too much about a celebrity, and you go and watch that movie and youâre just thinking about how many kids Angelina Jolie has,â she said of the project. âEveryone went in knowing what our dirty laundry looked like. And you couldnât separate that gossip from the overall experience,â she added, but noted she was âso over the moon that people are posthumously enjoying itâ.
