Well, considering that each season is approximately 500 minutes long, death is only a really, really, really small part of Game of Thrones. Who would've though?
#5 wasn't a kill, arya only slashed his legs, #7 is the same guy arya actually kills.

you missed one where one of stannis's men gets shot off a horse by one of mance rayders men during the charge
Pretty sure you did Polliver twice (once when Arya hamstrung him and again when Needle kills him), but you missed Biter so it all evens out
