I think Jon has several reasons to choke littlefinger..(( most of them he doesn't know yet.)). personally.. Jon chokes him because he asks to marry Sansa..littlefinger is getting the brush-off from her so he's getting desperate.. there's no telling.. and yes that's a wolf..can't wait to see nymeria…hopefully she shows up soon

I think you hit it on the head; this is another wolf, perhaps the resemblance to Nymeria is because it is one of her pups? I expect Nymeria will come in, call off this attack, recognizing Arya.They will have a brief reunion, but she will go back.#1 , Nymeria is the leader of the pack; she won't forsake them to go with Arya; she knows she does not belong in Arya's world anyway, since Arya drove her away.#2, the budget is going to be strained for the dragons!
I think the Yara-Ellaria affair is just another excuse for titillation, and so unnecessary.
The facial structure is wrong for Nymeria, as is the fur above her eyes. But I think it has rto be Nymeria else why have it in the trailer? Even if it is another wolf that she saves Arya from that wolf does not seem trailer worthy.
EDIT: If it is Nymeria will she be big enough to be Arya's new mount? Arya's horse was walking very unsteadily in episode 1 as if it was either extremely tired or about to go lame (perhaps from not having stones picked from its shoes). So Nymeria could potentially replace Arya's grey.
