Game of Thrones stars are some of the most laidback and down-to-earth celebrities in the acting industry. Actor Joseph Quinn, who played one of the Winterfell guards, Koner, who laughed in disbelief at Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) when she arrived to reunite with her sister Sansa in the final season, is played the leader of the Hellfire Club in the highly awaited season 4 of Stranger Things. He recently came forward to the rescue of her Stranger Things co-star Grace Van Dien.

Why did Grace Van Dien receive online hate?

Van Dien was targeted by some fans who harassed her on social media after she posted a couple of times about the Eddie/Chrissy relationship. Some criticized her for glorifying a relationship with an age difference and others thought she was being disrespectful in light of their assumption that Eddie was gay.

What did Joseph Quinn say about the online hate?

Quinn recently attended the Showmasters’ London Comic-Con, and addressed the issue, “It’s so awful. The internet is a very unforgiving place. It’s a place where people can show a lot of support, or where people can rally around hatred and misinformation. It’s indicative of where we are culturally, just through association she was getting lambasted. It’s disgusting. I don’t know what to say other than it sucks.”

When will Stranger Things Season 5 arrive?

We still don’t know when the fifth season of the highly awaited Netflix series will arrive, but at the Middle East Film & Comic Con in Abu Dhabi, David Harbour (Hopper) revealed that he will begin filming his scenes for the last season of Stranger Things in June, 2023.
