Game of Thrones’ Natalie Dormer has teased that she is holding all the secrets to the fate of Westeros – but don’t expect her to spill the beans anytime soon.

The actress, formerly the ambitious Margaery Tyrell in the series, revealed to The Sun that she was ‘disciplined’ into keep secrets during her time on the show.

However, while she knows the end goal – Natalie, who’s currently starring in BBC’s Picnic on Hanging Rock, admits that she has absolutely no idea how she gets there.

‘I was told the ending by someone on the show and even though I know how it does, I am just dying to see how they get there,’ she admitted. ‘I’ll still be watching it like a regular viewer, completely agog, because I have no idea how the showrunners will get there.

‘To be honest, I kind of wish I didn’t know.’

Filming for Game of Thrones has been winding down to a close over the past few weeks, with several of the main actors announcing online that their times in the Seven Kingdoms are over.

These have included Maisie Williams, who plays Arya Stark, Sophie Turner, who plays Sansa, and Emilia Clarke, who plays Daenerys Targaryen.

Sophie has previously revealed that fans are in for a ‘satisfying’ season eight, and she’s aware of all your fan theories too.

‘For me – without giving anything away, I guess – I was satisfied with how unpredictable the show’s ending really is,’ she told Digital Spy.

‘People have come up with so many fan theories about how it’s going to end, and who will end up where, and who will end up with who. It really is so unpredictable the way that it ends up.

‘I’m very satisfied with that, and I think that the fans will be satisfied with that, too.’

So basically we know nothing – but the cast definitely do. Dammit.

Game of Thrones’ final season airs next year on HBO and Sky Atlantic.
