Sophie Turner, Kit Harington and Maisie Williams were confronted with their past in the Game Of Thrones reunion special – and it’s actually adorable.
The gang were brought back together for the retrospective interview, which is being added to the complete box set of the Westeros fantasy series on its release.
In a clip teasing the special, host Conan O’Brien sends panic across the teams’ faces when he throws back right to the beginning of their GOT journey in 2009.
As a camera of them on stage sees them falling back into their seats and hiding their faces, the young team couldn’t help but cringe at how much they’d changed in their ten-years on the show.
Isaac Hempstead Wright, who was only 10 when the show started filming as Bran Stark, but was barely recognisable under long brown hair as he ran about on set.
The youngster was seen how he was excited to ‘see what war was like’ – but clearly didn’t realise he would be stuck in a wheelchair for the show’s duration.
Tough break kid.
Meanwhile, Sophie and Maisie were seen as besties from the start, both saying how much fun it is to work with each other.
A later shot cut to them joking around on set and leaning in to kiss each other as their sister characters, Sansa and Arya Stark, are reunited.
But the biggest reaction came from Kit Harington, who was seen yelling ‘f*** off!’ as his young face appeared on the screen, talking about how much fun it was to run around in a cloak.
Again, probably something he would live to regret 10 years later.
Basically, they were all absolutely adorable – but everyone couldn’t help but and sink into their chairs with embarrassment.
‘That was horrible!,’ Maisie cringed.
However, Conan shut her down and insisted: ‘That’s adorable! What are you talking about?!’
While the clip just shows the Starks reuniting one last time, the special brought back the entire cast to reflect on their time on the show.
Expect more embarrassing clips, and perhaps a lot of tears as they wrap up the special, and the show, for good.
The House Of Lannister – aka Peter Dinklage, Lena Heady and Nikolaj Coster-Waldeau, will also be in attendance
Game Of Thrones is available to watch on catch up on NOW TV.
