Signs of the popularity of “Game of Thrones” are hard to miss.

With Sunday’s premiere of the HBO hit show’s final season, “Game of Thrones” fever has been spotted on store shelves and restaurant menus. The show is based on George R.R. Martin’s popular books. 

There are “GoT”-inspired Oreo cookies, a line of wines, whiskies plus limited-edition cans of Mountain Dew

On the restaurant side, Buffalo Wild Wings, Shake Shack, Hooters, Wendy’s and TGI Fridays have specials this Sunday.

Here’s a roundup of some of the limited-edition items available while supplies last. Expect many to be hard to find and some promotions are just for the April 14 episode.

Buffalo Wild Wings: Only for the premiere, the chain has a special Dragon Fire Wings.  The sauce mixes ghost peppers and other chiles with soy and ginger sauce and the wings are topped with a jalapeño garnish.

Hooters: Only on Sunday, April 14, enter promo code “3EYEDOWL” when ordering from Hooters on Uber Eats and receive free delivery, on orders over $10. Select customers, across the country, who order Hooters from Uber Eats will also have the chance to receive a special Gold Leafed Wing in a treasure chest and will automatically win free Hooters wings for a year from Uber Eats. Oreo: The limited-edition “GoT” snacks feature four embossed cookie designs, highlighting the Great Houses still battling for the Iron Throne and the enemy White Walkers beyond the wall. They went on sale April 8.

Mountain Dew: These special Mountain Dew cans, which cannot be bought, have no visible markings and are an icy white color. They are only available in Mountain Dew Iron Vending Machines in New York and Los Angeles through a social media promotion. When the blank cans are chilled the names on Arya’s kill list, including characters who killed some of her family, will emerge.

Shake ShackThe chain has two special items available at participating restaurants. The Dragonglass Shake will be available through May 19 at locations nationwide, excluding stadiums, ballparks, transit centers and airports. But a special Dracarys Burger will only be available through April 21 at select Shacks, which are listed at www.shakeshack.com.

TGI Fridays: The new DroGo Big Rita, a strawberry margarita served over ice, starts at $10 and is part of the brand’s new Go Big Cocktail menu.

Wendy’s: The fast-food chain’s “fiery deal” runs through May 19 and is only available on Sundays through DoorDash. Get a free small Frosty with the purchase of a Spicy Chicken Sandwich Combo with promo code HOUSEWENDYS at www.doordash.com or on the DoorDash app. According to the fine print, the offer is limited to one redemption per account, Sundays only.

WhiskyLiquor giant Diageo has a special Johnnie Walker Blended Scotch Whisky called The White Walker by Johnnie Walker and there’s a collection of single malt scotches.

Wine: Yes, there’s an official line of “Game of Thrones” wines, which first debuted in 2017 when HBO teamed up with Vintage Wine Estates and winemaker Bob Cabral. There are four varieties and they’re available online and in select stores. Find retail locations at www.gameofthroneswines.com.

More special products: Some smaller chains, local restaurants and bars also are getting in the action and concocting special cocktails and menu items.
