A great performance can leave a permanent impression on moviegoers. Then again, bad acting can leave a similarly permanent impression…but for very different reasons. Over the years, we’ve seen plenty of awful acting, and these scenes represent some of the very worst…

  1. "Show Girls" is one of the most underrated movies ever. I actually kinda really enjoyed it back then, and I think the acting was much, much better than what the critics keep trying to make us believe, even 20+ years later.

  2. Stallone's never more than a single "wur" away from breaking the 4th wall, via titanic spontaneous evocation of "AD-WI-AAAAN!"

Then again, you can see how a guy like that could get really, really good at something like…punching meat.

  3. To the reference of sand in star wars… Anakin hates sand because he grew up as a slave on desert planet. He spent countless hours repairing things that had been ruined by the sand. The lines are terrible… but they should have expanded further on why he hated sand for those who didn't know his backstory.

  4. To be fair to Mark Wallberg, Shyamalan is really good at making actors seem really bad. Every scene of acting in Signs was unwatchable, and I think both Gibson and Phoenix are decent. Shyamalan just has a knack for making his actors seem terrible.

  5. Okay I haven't even gotten through the first 19 seconds and I already see Hayden Christianson.

No. It was Natalie Portman that screwed up those movies, not him. He was acting against a monitone piece of cardboard , which made him look ridiculous. She had no enthusiasm, no spirit , and no sass (like her daughter in the movies, Princess Leia). As a result, his love for her just came off as creepy.

If you think I'm wrong, imagine Keira Knightley as the Elizabeth character from Pirates of the Carribean in that role. She could take care of herself, didn't need anyone else, and stood up to people. She was in the first movie playing Portman's double. It could have happened. Episode 2 and 3 gave Portman every chance to bring that to the role. But she didn't, and she is partly responsible for why those movies are such a disappointment.

  6. Watching the Prequels to Star Wars always leads to one conclusion.
    Padmae was raped by Skywalker.
No, not held down, but he used his immense Jedi/Sith power on her to control her mind and make her compliant.
When you watch them on the screen, the Princess shows no sexual tension or excitement at all. Her facial expressions and body language go blank, like some girl talking to a clerk who offers to help simply to get close and smell her.
She has feelings for him based on her experience with a little boy.
She has no interest in him as man.
He uses his Jedi mind tricks to overwhelm her and have her. That is rape.
Anakin Skywalker is a rapist and the feminists say nothing.
